1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of raw honey
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 Sping onion finely chopped
1.Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
2.Add oil to a skillet and cook the chicken over medium-high heat just until golden, about 5 minutes.
3.In a mixing bowl, mix together raw honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, orange juice, cornstarch and red pepper flakes.
4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and continue to cook over medium-low heat for 10-12 more minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
5. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion before serving with steamed boiled rice.
